Hi, sorry for my bad english I use the module Art Table (https://extensions.joomla.org/extension/art-table/ but his development & support has stopped). This module according to the search in the search field, displays the name and the phone which we are looking for. (as phonebook)

But with template teline v, it does not work.
Pls, can you check it?

Did you try it with default Joomla template?

Is there any other 3rd party extension or custom script for this homepage? as I can see there is conflict in JS there: http://prntscr.com/gedo5p which cause this issue.

As I can see that it also works on other page with JA Teline V template: http://ntemos.com/uhi/hospital.html

Could you try to disable one by one module on the homepage and see which one cause this issue?

This is weird as JA Teline V uses the default ‘Breadcrumbs’ module from Joomla – there is no override in template, could you share this with the provider of this Art table module for further checking?
