To modify those text headings, look to file path –>
/templates/ja_community_plus/themes/brown-green/css/color.css
at line 27, where you will see the following:


#ja-topsl div.ja-moduletable h3 {
color: #EED5AF
text-shadow: 1px 1px 1px #251C15
}

You can change the text color and modify (or delete) the text-shadow property if you wish.
You can also change the font-type/size/case if you like, for example . . . .


#ja-topsl div.ja-moduletable h3 {
font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;
font-size: 15px;
text-transform: lowercase;
color: #EED5AF
text-shadow: 1px 1px 1px #251C15
}
