We are editing some of the modules in the backend but none of the changes are showing.If we unpublish the modules that come with the template there still showing on the frontend.If we change the ordering option,the changes take effect but not accepting any changes atferwared.
We are trying to edit the part its says employment skills, link http://thefirm.ezmoto.biz/
Will appricaite good response.

From your description, i think you do not clear cache on your site.

Clear cache from JA T3: http://easycaptures.com/fs/uploaded/614/5126004895.png
Or from default joomla: Site->Maintenance->Clear cache.

If you still face the same error please let me know what you change on backend module, i will directly check at your site.
