    I tried to follow the following instructions but unfortunately I am not able to apply the _hilite style. Nothing happens on the public site either on Firefox or IE.

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks

    OK. This is interesting.

    The _hilite style works if I move the module to the “right” position. The issue is limited to modules assigned to the “left” position.

    Any help will be appreciated.

    I still cannot explain what is happening with my “Test” module. Please see the three screenshots attached:

    Screenshot #1: Shows the module behavior when displayed in the “Right” position.

    Screenshot #2: Shows the module behavior when displayed in the “Left” position.

    Screenshot #3: Shows the module settings.

    Thanks

    Hi jardin

    It is very strangle. I have checked your demo site and it working fine. Could you give me your live url, admin account via PM so that i could have a closer look on the issue?

    I’m sure your demo site works fine. It’s not the first time that I find some discrepancies between your beautiful demo site and the released template. Please see my previous posts for more examples.

    In this case I believe that there is a bug and here is why:

    1) When I move the module to the “Right” position it works.

    2) When I switch the entire web site to a different template the left column works perfectly.

    3) When I reinstall your (vanilla) template I still have the problem with the left column.

    Can you please look into this before I start troubleshooting it? It will save me some time.

    Thanks

    I fixed your bug and now my web site looks exactly like your demo site.

    In /templates/ja_lime/css/template.css,

    replace:

    .ja-inset1 div.ja-moduletable .ja-box-ct, .ja-inset1 div.moduletable .ja-box-ct,
    .ja-inset2 div.ja-moduletable .ja-box-ct, .ja-inset2 div.moduletable .ja-box-ct {
    border: 0;
    margin: 0;
    padding: 0;
    }

    by:

    .ja-inset1 div.ja-moduletable .ja-box-ct, .ja-inset1 div.moduletable .ja-box-ct,
    .ja-inset2 div.ja-moduletable .ja-box-ct, .ja-inset2 div.moduletable .ja-box-ct {
    border: 0;
    margin: 0;
    padding: 0px 20px 0px 20px;
    }

    Please stop asking me for my admin login, password and url of my Joomla web site every time I post a question here or soon I will start thinking that the only purpose of your tech support help here is to get into my web site. Your approach and attitude does not fit well with American corporations.

    So far, you guys didn’t help me a bit. I ask the questions, spend time troubleshooting the issue and then come back here to post the solution.

    This not what I was expecting.

    Last advice, your demo site looks beautiful – which drives more members to subscribe to your templates – but the released templates are buggy. Please do some QA work before releasing your templates. You don’t want your templates to look like Toyotas.
