Hello!

I do not know if the problem is in the template:
What follows is running in attached image.

Could anyone guide me how to solve this problem.

The joomla version is 2.5.7
The JA Social template version is 2.5.5

Hi,
Your com_contact language file is missing.
Please check in folder:
language/your_language_folder/
if there is language file ini for com_contact.

is correct

I thinks the problem comes from the language package.
Please check what if in your file pt-BR.com_contact.ini exist whole word for example:
COM_CONTACT_CONTACT_EMAIL_NAME
Your package is download from here: http://joomlacode.org/gf/project/portuguesebr/frs/ and you get the latest version ?

Hi!

The word does not exist and such other words as well not exist.
Reinstalled the package to version 2.5.1 as you pointed out the link and the problem
continues.
The joomla version I use is 2.5.8.
I’m thinking that the Joomla installation is damaged.

I’m not sure about Joomla installation is good or not, but I have a doubt at your com_contact, maybe it has a folder override in templates/ja_social/html.
In QS of JA Social, com_contact still displays the language right.

Only register for the solution.

The solution was to install Joomla:
I created a new site
I imported all the information problem with the site.
Now everything is ok again.
