    Hello,
    I tested some new modules and they are all shown wrong.
    It’s no difference if I create an own module with simple content or taking an automated module like the very popular birthday one.

    The modules are smaller in width and also doesn’t have the same white background – it looks horrorable.
    Also I published them for testing in different jomsocial position – nothing changed.

    hope you can help me – I just want that the new modules look like the “old” ones…
    I’m using ja social with “standard” blue theme.

    hope for your fast reply, so I can solve this and have some nice x-mas days

    best regards and merry x-mas to you!

    When I have a look at this with firebug I see the following:
    All correct looking modules are named “cModule”
    The new created ones are called “moduletable”

    What do I have to do that the new modules are also cModule one’s ?! I think this would solve my problem. Thanks

    Can you provide a link to your site

    no it’s on localhost.
    but as said the problem is that wrong modules are “moduletable” and the right one’s are cModule style.
    If I change that style in firebug everything looks good.

    Perhaps you have a suffix code for that which I can enter in joomla or a different idea?

    Ok, Which module position of the template are the specific modules assigned to ?

    hello aman,
    I already replied hours ago but looks like the post disappeared.

    so once again:
    I tried several jomsocial positions but nothing changed – I think I would prefer the js_profile_side_top position.

    hope you can give me a solution

    You can try out this::

    1) Change this ::

    #community-wrap .cModule {style.css (line 43)
    background:none repeat scroll 0 0 #FFFFFF;
    border:1px solid #D6E4EC;
    margin:0 0 15px;
    padding:0 15px 10px;
    position:relative;
    }

    to

    #community-wrap .moduletable, #community-wrap .cModule {style.css (line 43)
    background:none repeat scroll 0 0 #FFFFFF;
    border:1px solid #D6E4EC;
    margin:0 0 15px;
    padding:0 15px 10px;
    position:relative;
    }

    2) Comment out these two references like this::

    #community-wrap .moduletable {css3.css (line 520)
    /*background:none repeat scroll 0 0 transparent !important;*/
    padding:0 !important;
    }

    and

    #community-wrap .moduletable {style.css (line 3654)
    /*background:none repeat scroll 0 0 transparent !important;*/
    padding:0 !important;
    }

    How about changing this::

    #community-wrap .moduletable{padding:0 !Important;}

    to

    #community-wrap .moduletable{padding:0 !Important;margin-left:0;margin-right:0;}
