So I purchased a 3-domain membership and downloaded the Community Plus template (the $70 deal). On the ad page for the template it gives a list of ‘complimentary extensions’. When I come to try and download JA ContentSlider it tells me I don’t have permission to access this file and I should upgrade my membership. Yes I’m logged in, my domain is verified etc –

Where can I go to download the complimentary extensions offered with this template?

Hi,

if you download your template with all files, you have also Ja ContentSlider
for example:

Some extensions are available only to JAEC members or Developer members.

I think here the word complimentary is confusing for some. In this case it does not mean complimentary (as in free and included) but extensions that will compliment the template.

Fortunately, the slider is included in the template but you may find some others from the demo are not.
