I just checked your site .
the module you published on the slider position is third party extension , that does not contains the module title .
this is the issue module title is not coming on front end .
for more test on it , i changed the position of the module . but same result . the module does not gives output of the title in its code .
i switched the template to Beez3 .. same issue accure .
You need to contact to the module developers for this .
