how to add any module in main-content position??
i want to list down category article in the front page at the main-content position without select featured article..i want to create the category article as a module (article category).

Hi

You can create a new article and inside it you can use the Load Modules plugin

“Within content loads Module positions, Syntax: {loadposition user1} or Modules by name, Syntax: {loadmodule mod_login}. Optionally can specify module style and for loadmodule a specific module title.”

So your module will be shown in the main content.

No – it works with module position and module name , if you publish your modules in a specific position created for this, is the same thing that you use the ID. You need to consider that this is a joomla core plugin .

maybe you can use a 3rd party plugin that can do try to search on JED
