When you publish the JA news module in a category and click on an article in the module you go to the article page of the clicked article…..so far so good.

However on the bottom of the page the module is shown gain (the whole module). This is not the case when you publish the module to a section or the homepage…..

How can I solve this?

OK the problem does not seem to be the section or category links. The problem occurs when you publish a newstabs to a menu item that is not the homepage…

Hmmm is it adding &itemid=1 to every link in the component? This sounds like a thread I was reading yesterday.

I run it locally for now…. but i can tell you I am not running the component…. only the module

There is no “&itemid=1” part in the url
