Researching the Quickstar, ja_contentpopup module to embed videos on my website, I note that the category that driving is “Videos”. In researching this category, I find articles with the names of the videos, however no liks for the videos and I do not see how they can call. This is very strange, since I have no way of knowing as published those videos. I would appreciate an explanation supplied.

    Hi

The category video is a K2 category named video

Inside items belonging to that category you need to edit the media Tab and add embed code for your video

    eg:

    <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/zjzOuWQpheU" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

I had already noticed this, however there are still unknowns in this development. These unknowns are disoriented me.
1 – In the demo shows eight videos but only has six items in K2 How are the other two?
2 – It is not clear why it is necessary to duplicate the items of K2 as items of Joomla.
3 – It is also unclear because there are two modules in mast-col, one of Joomla and K2 another apparently do the same.

    Hi aramje,

<blockquote>I had already noticed this, however there are still unknowns in this development. </blockquote>
You need to go to Joomla administation backend >> Plugin Manager >> Editor – TinyMCE. Then remove “iframe” text in Prohibited Elements box. Save, you can see the iframe embed codes of Youtube video.

<blockquote>1 – In the demo shows eight videos but only has six items in K2 How are the other two?</blockquote>
On our JA Fubix demo, the MUST SEE VIDEOS module (JA Content Popup) are displaying 8 articles from “Videos” category. (Joomla content, not K2.)

<blockquote>2 – It is not clear why it is necessary to duplicate the items of K2 as items of Joomla.</blockquote>
Because I will reduce the wasting time of our QA team to create the content for our module demonstration.

<blockquote>3 – It is also unclear because there are two modules in mast-col, one of Joomla and K2 another apparently do the same.</blockquote>
As I answered in previous question, we are using the same content in the articles/items of “Videos” for both Joomla content & K2.
