Hello Sam,

JA Nex supports for position user1 … user8 like this image: http://static.joomlart.com/images/templates/J17/JA%20NEX/module-position.jpg

So they must be visible. In Module Manager: Module details, you can type any position you want that JA Nex support. Remember to choose the right setting for Menu Assignment.

Hello,

These positions are not visible because no module is assigned to this position.

You can try to assign one of your module to position user1 or user2 … to check if this position is visible in Module manager.
