after giving up on ja-avian i decided to test the ja-fagus and it seems like the module position 5 doesnt work properly in this skin.it looks like this:

im testing the joomla 1.5 on a local lan server before i upgrade the main website,the ips are from private range and cant be accessed from internet.
i also have color issues with this template:

they appear in red instead of orange.the main menu is the only module that appears correctly.they are all “legacy vertical”.

Sorry if this is a silly question, do you have Joomla 1.5 stable running ok?

I only ask because no one else has had problems like this

well its the stable version running but how do you define “ok”?
i only had some issues installing addons via “upload and install” which i didnt have in 1.0.13 so i upload all the addons first to the server then install them.
one more thing is that i use mtwmigrator to copy the contents and menus from running 1.0.13 joomla.
now i dont know if these are related to this issue or not.
