May 22, 2009 at 7:27 pm #305554Just type it in directly in positions, and it should set just fine (assuming that position is available in the template. You can find out by adding “?tp=1” to the end of your site).

Sorry to ask these rudimentry questions but…
1. Did you install the extension mod_sildeshow2_j15.zip?
2. Did you enable and configure JA Slideshow2 in the Module Manager?
3. Select the Position in the Module Manager. If “ja-slideshow” is not listed among the available options – manually type it in.What template are you using? Double check that you have configured all your Module Parameters for JA Slideshow2 and that you have images available in the directory posted, i.e., images/stories/slideshow
July 7, 2009 at 12:38 pm #310267Good to see such helpful people around. I haven’t purchased from Joomlart for a while and I am amazed that they cause their customers, and themselves, so much hassle and delay by not correcting such problems for future customers.
I downloaded my JA Ruby template yesterday and it has the same problem as this, no slideshow position showing. I also have no extension to go in Colmass.
No reply to my urgent Ticket either. What’s going on??
