I recently switched from NEX to Teline IV. But some module positions fron NEX are still showing up on my Teline IV site and I need to know how to remove those modules. For instance, content is appearing in the “content-top” module position, even though it is not listedin Teline IV. How do I remove the modules when I cannot even list those module positions?

    Hello,

I just set “com_content” not to show from template settings in JA Teline IV (it’s a setting in profiles tab).
Is there any other module that shows but you can’t disable it ?

    Regards

P.S. Just a suggestion, while you are developing your website set CSS and JS optimization to OFF so you will be able to see the changes you are making faster.

When you set “com_content” to not show in JA Teline IV, that also disables displaying the categories in list mode. Selecting a menu item just shows blank content. I turned “com_content” back on so that readers can view the categories. Is there any way to stop the “com_content” display but retain categories?

    Hello,
You can achieve something like that by setting the home menu item for instance to display 0 articles, maybe that helps you?
