How can i change the text "Recent Projects" and text of link "View all"? I want it to be my language.

I watched your link and your solution works fine but this works when i set up my page in English. My page default language is Estonian and i understand i must change this words in /Root/language/et-EE/et-EE.tpl_ja_sugite.ini , but i dont have that kind of root, i have Root/language/et-EE/et-EE.tpl_beez3.ini and Root/language/et-EE/et-EE.tpl_protostar.ini but not for Ja Sugite template. What i must do now?

If you have multilanguage site then you can copy the two files from language/en-GB/en-GB.tpl_ja_sugite.ini
and en-GB.tpl_ja_sugite.sys
to another language folder . and rename above files with same language code ar-AA.tpl_ja_sugite.ini
