the code is working fine , your custom.css file has missing parenthesis you have to check and add them .
Or try the code in top of custom.css . Its working .

Hi
You can increase the value of margin-bottom to make more space
There is code in your custom.css file

.section-inner .section-title {
    margin-bottom: 30px!important;
}

Increae its value .
