Module variation would be awesome, that is one thing RocketTheme does very well. I often use these module variations in my articles to emphasis a paragraph or heading. I know I can add these but… it were nice if there were some built in.

That is not an easy task as it requires rather advance skill. You need create a custom stylesheet file and add new class defined in module class suffix to work on your site.
This is an example how to add class suffix in the module:
