This week I bought the template JA Anion for Joomla 1.6, the installation with quickstart went spotless and I had no problems whatsoever.

However when I try to edit stuff these edits I make do not appear on my website.

For example, I have added a new image in the slideshow directory yet this new image does not appear on JA slideshow on the website. Even if I delete an image from slideshow directory, the images that got installed with quickstart still show up and I am 100% sure that I am using the right images directory.

I have read about tons of threads but could not find a proper solution on how to solve this problem and I would really appreciate if someone could help me out here as I am out of ideas.

yes I cleaned the chache, i also read in some other thread an advice about disabling the system chache and purging the cache. Did them all yet still not working.

Hello,

I can see your new image on SlideShow now.
If you update your images this takes a while to show, in order to show them as fast as possible you can delete images from /www/images/resized

So the only thing needed to be done was to delete the images in the directory you gave?
