you should open the link with mobile view as I am using the ja template for mobile view only.

Sorry i am not able to understand what do u mean by the JA Template for Mobile , Megastore is responsive template and work for all devices .

you just open the link with a mobile view, then you will see the JA template. I use a mobile detection plugin to change the template for mobile.

Hi
In this case try below process

1. Check the modules that you selected in Tabs are published
2. Turn off Css and JS compression
3. Turn off the extension that are are using to force the template load in only in mobile , may be all files does not loading .

In chrome dev tools too : http://prntscr.com/brct4h issue is from the plugin .
