Do you have sidebar-1 selected in Category List module above ?

I tried whit differents possitions for the modules and they change, but when I put sidebar they are in a wrong place

Check that the 2nd module in news-home position (see image 1 below) has its Sidebar position set to Sidebar-1. The modules that are misbehaving should also be set to position Sidebar-1. (see image 2 below)

Also, is the Homepage template style set to Teline V – Default and INICIO in Top menu set to Magazine home?
