    Hi
Kindly make them col 12 as in screenshot and save the template style . It seems the changes are not saved .
Please check and save again : http://prntscr.com/baiibf
If changes not saving then again your site have issue of folder and files permission , those may not writable ,
as result changes not saved .

    Hope it helps .

    Hi
The files layout files should be writable ,
If they are not writable the changes you save does not effect . you need to fix the permission issue and then make changes via template option layout Tab , that is proper way to do this . Editing file can also make change but when u have a good UI feature you should consider it 🙂
