There is no way to get this ti work:
{loadposition footer} or {mijoshop id=46}
Anything between {} simple dont work…

A ticket was created for this issue ( NIB-771-62589 ) Joomlart developers will check into it and verify if this could be a template bug.

Supposed that in Joomla 3, you enable Content – Load module plugin already. In the HTML custom module panel, make sure you activate the basic option called “prepare content” as in screenshot below:
