JA Magz template override the markup of Joomla default module (Latest News module). In order to achieve the change mentioned in your attached image, you need override this module (HTML markup and CSS) via the file:
templatesja_magzhtmlmod_articles_latestfocus.php

January 3, 2014 at 10:01 am #517260I am afraid for not being of much help on this, as it needs heavy customization to the module which is beyond scope of our technical support.
Should you not familiar with those tweaks, I recommend you hire a developer to get it done for you.
