For what i can see you applied a lot of changes on your custom.css file , you can try to disable it for now and see what happens , in the meanwhile if you can also share as private reply a temp super user acount to your backend i will have a look at your modules settings and answer in a better way.

You should first update your T3 plugin to latest version released, then you should test your website disabling one at once all your 3rd party extensions like falang and test website again , i looked at all your files and spent some time on it and i haven’t found any difference between your website and quickstart installation on my local .
So it is not a template issue for me.

- I replaced the mysql table _template_styles with a new table (from fresh installation) and a problem with the module Our Services is resolved
- I deleted directory "local" from my ja_decor template (do not know how they appeared there) and the problem with the search module is solved
