September 18, 2010 at 9:10 pm #154436Modules like jomconnect and jbolo and others, which should be hidden refuse to do so in this template.
Works in the standard joomla template But looks like jasocial keeps the spake for those modules, check atachment.
If i select in the module : show title. they will show title and white slim bar under.
Any solution?

Also, Please re-check if you have some other module enabled with nothing to be shown in it as such modules can leave in such kind of styling impression also

September 20, 2010 at 7:28 am #356041Disable jomsocial connect module and it seems to appear fine now
As it seems, the specific module needs to be re-installed as there seems to be missing files due to which it is unable to show something but still take up module styling while being enabled

September 20, 2010 at 11:23 am #356073Did try and no result, keeps showing the module
Did test in other templates, it hides as it should be, so there is an template problem somewhere, or a t3 problem. It shows with other modules too, as seen in the picture i atached.

September 20, 2010 at 12:19 pm #356086I need that module enabled , whats the point having a disabled module?
The module works this way:
1- unregistered user can register or login with facebook from front page (so needs to be enabled)
2- once he login the module hides (tested on other templates and it hides)Problem is that the template keeps the module visible , i tested this with other module too which autohides when user login and i get same result. i dont mind having a slim bar there, but when i have 3 or 4 looks ugly.
Joomla 1.6 will solve the problem as will allow me to select which usergrups to see a certain module , as now i am using metamod.
So disabling the module is not the solution.

September 20, 2010 at 12:25 pm #356089Seems like it inherits default styling of having rounded white corners

September 29, 2010 at 7:41 am #357044Today i found more evidence that the template dosnt hide the modules. Even on the live demo here u can see it.
In jomsocial when you view a photo the tabs should be hiden if there is no comment, also the tabs should be hiden under guest view. However it dosnt (see own demo or my atachments)
