modules like the most read contents and articles related all module wont appear on left and right but works fine and appear at tops and bots?

You can assign them to positions like position-5,position-6,position-7 as these are positions set to show for left & right columns

For knowing the module positioning in enhanced way, You can add ?tp=1 at end of site url
