just answered in your other topic, try not to make multiple threads for the same problem:

your resized folder is causing this error.

Check if your resized folder actually exists in your images folder, if it does not exist create it.

If it already exist change the permissions on the images folder, first try CHMOD it to 755 if that try 777(pure for testing only never use 777 as a solution)
