October 11, 2008 at 3:46 am #134281Hi all,
I’ve been searching the forum for an answer to this but haven’t got very far.
On a site I’m developing (based on JA Helio) the top menu when using either CSS or Moo menu goes behind the content in the User5 module position. Once you click through to content in that menu you’ll see that the menu works when I’m not employing User 5.
The live link is: http://www.geostonesolutions.com
Any help would be much appreciated!
Cheers,
James

October 12, 2008 at 3:54 pm #274871It looks as if this issue has been resolved.
Is that correct?

October 12, 2008 at 9:50 pm #274913No, not quite. If you have a look at the “product” menu item in the top menu, when the moo menu extends dows, it goes behind the flash content in module position User5. The menu should be 10 tabs long, but only four are displayed before it’s obscured.
Any help on this would be much apprecited (I’m using FireFox3 and IE7)
Cheers,
James

October 13, 2008 at 12:07 am #274924Okay then!
This is not so much an issue of the dropdown going behind the flash…as much as it is the flash blocking the view of the menu.
What you need to do is simply add an extra value to your EMBED code for the flash file – wmode=”transparent”
Like so:
<embed height="170" width="690" wmode="transparent" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer" src="http://www.geostonesolutions.com/images/flash/geo_header.swf" play="true" loop="true" menu="true"/>And you should be good to go.
The reason I thought this was solved was because the flash cut the menu at exactly the right spot to make it appear clean. And yes you do have a bunch of other products out there. Great looking site, too! Glad to be of help.
Have fun!
John.
