I have installed the template but for some reason the menu is not working like the demo moo menu with all its bells and whistles…can someone let me know what i could be doing wrong.

I am having the same issue with either the CSS or Moo menus. They are missing the vertical separator lines and the marker triangle. Here is a screen shot of my website:
