Hello,
sorry for my english, here is my pb:

configuration:
JA_ruby 1.5, quickstart
Menu Type= mainmenu
Menu Style= moo menu

Using IE 8, The template is stucked in split mode for mainmenu :
here is the generated source

 <link href="http://localhost/VODS/templates/ja_ruby/ja_menus/ja_splitmenu/ja.splitmenu.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />

Any other browser (Firefox, opera, chrome, safari) is ok with moo submenu

 <link href="http://localhost/VODS/templates/ja_ruby/ja_menus/ja_moomenu/ja.moomenu.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />

Additional information:
it seems to work with the ja_ruby.v1.0.1 template (downloaded with the quickstart) inserted in a joomla 1.5.22 package.

My site is not online yet, but test is easy to do

Please try to clear your IE8 cookie and refresh site again to check if the problem is gone.
