the MOOFX with regulus-ex works fine on my stand-alone server (JSAS). But when in use on my webhoster the moofx window just shows the loading gif. The error log from firefox shows:

Error: initRoll is not defined

Ohh, and I HAVE installed user5 to user9 modules – same as on my local server where it works fine.

Problem fixed.
I debugged using the excellent tool firebug. This revealed that all loads of ja.moo.roller.config.js were failing with a 503 from the webhost’s apache server. It turned out to be a permission problem on that js file. The webhoster (downtownhost) has resolved the issue. I tested with a re-install of the template, and problem no longer persists (I suspected some kind of template packaging/installation error).

What permissions do you setup on the files and are there some modification to make into apache itself ?

Hi – I experienced a permissions issue with this component with my web hoster. They changed something globally, and even after re-installing the template and this component, the problem did not come back (ie it was a problem with their environment, not with the template/component installer). My problem was easier to report to my hoster though because I was seeing a 503 error code when trying to load the roller js file. I dont see that in your case.
