This is actually interesting because I was working with one of these templates and a certain element wasn’t showing up, and it turned out that a certain php permission was not turned on within my host/server account.
Also, isn’t Moofx a third-party plugin? Have you tried contacting the developer (i.e. their website)?
Yes, I experienced a permissions issue with this component with my web hoster. They changed something globally, and even after re-installing the template and this component, the problem did not come back (ie it was a problem with their environment, not with the template/component installer).
I’m confident that the user’s issue is in fact different, and will be resolved once the modules are published in positions user5 to user9.
