I would like to integrate a PHP code into one of the tabs in Moofx, is that possible?
I have a PHP script that connects to my databas and pic out some photos that I would like to show in one of the tabs. I tried to put to code right in to the index.php of the template, and I did get the pictures to show up but there were lots of errors. I am not exactly shure were to put the PHP code.
Thanx for answers
/Tomas

July 18, 2006 at 4:59 pm #209818I think that we still have option of puting PHP codes into the users module content. Have you tried to seach for “kl_php” or “moslate” at http://forum.joomla.org?
July 19, 2006 at 6:24 am #209830Thanks, “kl_php” and “moslate” both worked and solved my first problem, but now I got another one. The PHP script I am runnings is connecting to another database than my core Joomla database and I think because of that I get an error in the modules where some of my banners should appear.
Do I have to move my second database to my joomla database or is there some way to close that connection in the end of the php script?
DB function failed with error number 1146
Table 'pobeln_mosms.jos_artbanners' doesn't exist SQL=SELECT * FROM jos_artbanners ................August 9, 2006 at 3:51 pm #210069anyone know?
August 21, 2006 at 2:06 pm #210259I am now just using one database and then I get the PHP code to work. But it seems that every tables generating by PHP code is getting vertical. I would like those to be horizontal.
in the attached images you can see that the pictures are vertical when you publish the moduel in moofx but when I publish it elsewhere it gets horizontal just like I want.

August 22, 2006 at 7:47 am #210280You forgot to attach the image, tomaspe
However, the horizontal or horizontal will depent on your HTML and CSS codes, not PHP.
You can define an DIV for your customized code and define the settings for html elementsAugust 22, 2006 at 8:32 am #210282I am having troubles uploading pictures to the forum, here is a link CBgallerymoduleproblems.jpg
I do not understand exactly what i should do. I am having the same problems with two modules. The “moslate” module with my own PHP code in it and the Community Builder Gallery module. Both works fine when published elsewhere then in the moofx.
Where exactly should I change the code to get the horizontal view to work?
