I’d like to see more boxed in templates to choose from. Templates such as the upcoming Halite are nice, but there are a lot on offer that have this kind of layout with no defined sides. Often the templates will also start from the very top of the page and go down to the very bottom.

A lot of the sites I design don’t suit this layout, and as a result most have been based on Sanidine, which is almost a year old now, but it’s the only template I can find in the collection that I can use for these designs, and even then I still have to modify it quite heavily.
See the following site, which started as sanadine, I had to create my own graphic, and modify the css to have the shadow (or glow in this case) go round the top and bottom of the box.

Sanidine as standard only has a shadow on the left and right hand sides, which is evident in this site, also Sanidine…

It would be great to have more templates that can be easily adapted to these style of designs, that uses the new site framework.
