I´d like to know if is possible to have more space between the logo and the main bar, to put a big logo.

Open up template_css.css file on line 1023:

#ja-header {
border-bottom:1px solid #CCCCCC;
height:5px;
line-height:normal;
padding:0pt;
position:relative;
text-align:left;
z-index:2;
}
There you can change the height of the header part, which should give you more space for the height of the logo
