can you please help me to move the hits and to put it up the same place where we got :category and last update

Also the Hits is showing in Double , can we take away one of them ^

Please open ja/templates/ja_teline_v/html/layouts/joomla/content/info_block/blog_block.php then find and remove line 99

<strong><?php echo JText::sprintf('COM_CONTENT_ARTICLE_HITS', ''); ?></strong>

Save and recheck.
