i would like the position-7 and position-5 to be on top of the main content in the mobile view – the contact information is on the right of the main block and when people go to the site with phone, they generally want that first and not have to scroll down to get it. is it possible to do it?

Hi bossies,

It must follow the markup HTML defined in template so I’m afraid that you cannot achieve like that. :((
