I would like to know how would I copy the Purity III Glossary Layout to Ja Builder. Also is it possible to copy the Purity III Glossary Layout to other Joomlart Templates!

This a feature that should be an option or a feature on all of Joomart Templates…

Hi
JA Builder blocks are pre-made and imported, you can not upload the PurityIII layout to the JA Builder blocks.
But you can use Purity III template for your site and use JA Builder on this template.
Here is documentation for how to use JA Builder on T3 framework and other 3rd party frameworks.
