Hi,

I would like to move the Search input box and/or the User Tools so that they appear on the right side of mainnav, but separate from the mainnav Menu itself (hope that makes sense). Many thanks for any assistance!

Very timely question, I was just about to ask the samething.. has anyone accomplished this?

Hoping someone could post the code edits really quick.. would be amazing!

A quick workaround would be to modify the css/template.css and change the bottom, right properties in the #ja-search module section that’d fit your requirements. I had to replace bottom with top to get it work.

Of course it isnt the ultimate solution but it worked for me. The best solution would be that the developers could add a “mainnav” position on joomla.
