Hi there,
I am using the Masthead module on the home page. I put a video there instead of a picture similar to your login page on the demo. It is not autosizing correctly. Whenever you first load the page, it is only half screen. When you shrink the window some like your looking at a tablet, it enlarges. When I put it back to full screen, it is then correct. I would like to keep it big all the time. Please let me know how you fix it because i need to change out the video.
Thanks,

December 22, 2015 at 9:16 am #828647Hi @lightlbulb03,
Could you please put the video back and let me know so I can have a look at the problem ?
December 22, 2015 at 10:35 am #828706Hi Adam,
The video is actually on there. I haven’t had any trouble with it. My brother did say it took him a while to load it. Its not a big file, so i am not sure what the deal is.
Thanks,

Thanks for the info. Did you modify the template ? Please provide a temporary FTP account via private reply too, I need to take a look at the code as well.

December 24, 2015 at 12:27 pm #830724Hi @lightlbulb03,
Thanks for the info. I tried to check this part but look like there was a flaw in JS code and I raised a bug report here so our development team can fix it, please stay tuned and I will let you know asap if there’s a hot fix.

January 17, 2016 at 8:00 pm #850832Hi there,
I noticed that the issue was resolved a week or so ago. Where do I go to get the fix? It said in the workflow it is version 1. 0.2 I don’t know where to download the fix. Thanks for your help.

January 18, 2016 at 10:43 am #851634Hi @lightlbulb03,
Yes, I see the fixed was included in version 1.0.2 but this version hasn’t been released yet, so you might want to wait for a little bit. To update the template, you can do it via JA Extension Manager, the detail can be found here (don’t forget to specify your username / pass in JA Extensions Manager >>> Services Manager too).
January 22, 2016 at 11:17 am #865269Hi there,
I know it shouldn’t be this difficult, but I can’t seem to log in on the JA Extension Manager. When I try to update to of my modules through JA Extensions, it says I do not have the proper credentials. I looked through the Wiki, and it doesn’t address how to log in.
January 24, 2016 at 11:36 am #866809OK, so I found out how to login to the extension, and it accepted my credentials. However, when I try to update JA Masthead, it says that i need to contact you guys.

January 25, 2016 at 4:38 pm #867914Hi @lightlbulb03,
I’ve just checked this matter and look like in order to update the module directly via JA Extension Manager component, you will need JAEC membership as well. If you got this module via JA Mono template, you will have to go to template download page, download and install the module manually.
January 26, 2016 at 12:45 pm #868849Thanks for the link Adam. I downloaded it and installed it, but it still didn’t work. Do you mind a look at it and see if you can get it to work correctly? I named the module Front Page Video V2. Thanks for your help.
January 26, 2016 at 12:48 pm #868851Hey Adam,
Thanks for the link. I appreciate it. However, I did download the new module and the autosizing is still not working correctly with a movie. I was wondering if you could take a look at it. I named the module I am using on the front page "Front Page Video V2".
Thanks for your help. I really do appreciate it. You guys have outstanding customer service!

January 27, 2016 at 7:42 am #869469Hi @lightlbulb03,
Try update your template via JA Extension Manager as well (as you are JATC member, you can surely update the template via this component) then recheck.
