I’d like to have the main menu in the left sidebar instead of across the top. I can see the the Main Menu is in the mainmenu position but I don’t see a way to change it. Do I need to touch some code?
I’m using Edenite II which I like because I want something simple.

November 8, 2017 at 2:20 am #1073016JA JA Edenite II is using the latest version of T3 and it uses the Megamenu.
You can unable the off-canvas sidebar from the template options > addons tab and publish menu module to off-canvas sidebar position.
This documentation helps you to understand the working of T3 framework.Regards
November 9, 2017 at 1:12 am #1073214I did follow the instructions and I can place the main menu in the off-canvas sidebar but that doesn’t remove it from the top. It seems that the Main Menu is hardcoded into a position.
The sliding sidebar is handy on phones but many of my users (members of a sports club) have challenges with computers so I’m not a fan of the disappearing sidebar.

November 9, 2017 at 4:15 am #1073271Hi
Can you check it now?Regards
November 9, 2017 at 4:31 am #1073273The main menu is gone. Did you do it by changing the template navigation to user menu? When I log in the user menu is displayed across the top.
I noticed that if I add a main menu module to the sidebar it not displayed properly. That’s a problem for another day. I can work with the user menu.

November 9, 2017 at 4:39 am #1073275Hi
Open /css/custom.css file in the template folder
create it if its not present and add this code.t3-mainnav {display:none;}
It will hide the main menu
