I am trying to move the search box to the main navigation, I followed the instructions from another forum by copying the code from the topbar.php to the topmega.php

Problem is that the search box doesnt work, oh and I don’t know how to remove those 2 darn boxes. Help please.

which two darn boxes ?, please attach screenshot. Also you site is asking login access, can you pm me your account and the FTP Info if possible ? I will take a look on the issue for you.
