when i create multi language the main menu not change and the multiple color not function..how to solve this problem

when i duplicate JA_Portfolio – Default to JA_Portfolio – MY the Profile – Menu Type cannot change like
JA_Portfolio – Default ( Menu Type – Menu Default)
JA_Portfolio – MY (Menu Type – Menu MY)

motif i duplicate the template because i want create multi language..

need your developer help me.
