Hello again. I have installed a functional multilanguage site with spanish and english languages working fine.

Now I’m trying to install Russian and Arabian language, but I can’t install propertly, the menus don’t create correctly and I can’t create manually.

Also I can’t create a RTL layout for arabian, so I think I’m doing something wrong.

Can you help me in some way?
