Basically, adding multilingual functionality into this JA Medicare template is the same way with adding for standard Joomla template. You can follow this tutorial steps by steps for how to build a multilingual site: http://multilingual-joomla-demo.cloudaccess.net/multi-lingual-steps-by-steps.html

The additional step is that you also need to configure multilingual for megamenu used in our template, please also check out this documentation: http://t3-framework.org/documentation/bs3-customization#multiple-language
