    I just regret I installed the multilingual component…it created a huge mess. My main problem is that the default language of the site disappeared. I Have English as default but the English flag disappeared. Some customers log in in French and have no way of navigating to the English part of the site.

    Another issue that I noticed is that when we go to the Template Configuration and open MegaMenu options the multilingual extension created lots of different menus and translations here. I tried to delete them but I cannot do it. Please see attachment

    I really don’t know what else to do and I really don’t want to redo my website all over again. Could you please help me to debug this?

    @powertowin

    Please PM me administrator account of your site, I will have a closer check why English flag does not appear in language switcher modudle.

    Regarding menu issue, JA Multilingual automatically clones menu for each language so that your menu can display multilingual content. If you want to build your multilingual site manually, you also need to create such menu items.

    If you wish to delete any menu items, please go to Menu manager to proceed the deletion. Anyway, the cloned menu items are needed for JA Multilingual, thus removal of these items are not recommended.

    For more details on our JA Multilingual, you can find at http://www.joomlart.com/documentation/joomla-component/ja-multilingual.
