Hello I have seen several videos of support for multilingual menu, but when I click on the icon in English, the menu does not appear as the menu in Spanish. please can you help me with this problem.

Hi,

You have your Joomla back end locked so i wasn’t able to log on and check what’s wrong, from what i can tell by looking the front end of your website you haven’t assigned the template to the correct menu version.

Unless you make use of a 3rd party component to do the multilingual version of your site.
