Hi, I have the same problem, the multiple captcha engine is installed and enabled, but it doesn’t show on quick contact form. There is something else that I missing? I attach my configuration.

You can share the credentials of your site: URL, Admin + FTP account so I will take a look.

Hi,
It was already installed, I tried to uninstall and reinstall the plugin.
As you can see from the screenshot it is installed and enabled.
I cannot download the plugin from your link because my account is not enabled, I have downloaded the plugin with the template that I bought.
After reinstall the plugin I can now see a captcha but it show a security question like: 2+1=…..
And this is not what I need.
Could you check again please?

Hi,
Is it suppose to be as a mathematic question?
From the example that I saw it shoud be a "I am no a robot" checkbox.
I am missing something?

To have that recaptcha, you need to access the plugin settings and put your own public and private keys for Google reCAPTCHA: http://prntscr.com/g9kfo9
