This may or may not be a silly question . . . . but is it possible to have two instances of JA-Slideshow running on the same page at the same time? In other words, I would like to have one instance running a “fading” rotation of images, while at the same time having another instance running a “pushing” rotation of images further down the page.

Besides the obvious custom styling issues (not a problem), might there be any conflicts with the javascript or anything like that?

JA_Quartz uses 2 slideshows on the same page.

You can. Go to Module Manager, click on New, click JA Slideshow and set up the details!

Excellent !!! – I just wasn’t sure if there would be some kind of conflict.

    This is perfect. 🙂

Test it well first. It’s very heavy on CPU. Set it up and open the page. Then open your Task manager and swith to the Performance tab. Leave it for 5 minutes and see how high your CPU has gone up (if it hasn’t crashed altogether!)
